bulletSave Your AOL E-Mail

Unless you click the Keep As New button after reading each message, your e-mail will be scheduled for deletion. If you want to save your correspondence, click the My AOL menu and choose Preferences. Click the Mail button, and then check the box labeled "Retain all mail I read in my personal filing cabinet." Thereafter, you'll be able to view old messages by clicking the My Files menu and choosing Personal Filing Cabinet.

 

bulletAccess AOL Help the Easy Way

If you need assistance with any item in AOL 6.0, you can quickly access AOL Help by pressing Ctrl+4. When you do, you'll see the AOL Help window and can quickly track down information to assist you.
